Boca Doce <br>
The Swedish composer, Sten Hanson, was leader of the Fylkingen language group from 1968 and in charge of the Text-Sound Festivals. Worked with experimental music, literature and art since the beginning of the 1960's, cultivating both instrumental, vocal and electro-acoustic music for performance on radio and television, on outdoor occasions or from the concert platform. Joseph Anton Riedl devoted himself as a composer particularly to percussion and Lautgedichte (sound poetry), in 1952 he did pioneering work in the use of concrete and electronic sounds, joining GRM. From 1959 to1966 Riedl was director of the Siemens Studio for electronic music. Extensive work for film and television.

from the first words recorded on a phonograph, Edison voice to melodramatic chansonnetes. From zonophones to wax cylinders of indigenous voices to james joyce reading "Anna Livia Plurabelle".
According to Lawrence F. Holdridge's liner notes, Thomas Edison had some rather curious notions regarding singing. For example, Edison detested what he referred to as "tremolo." Unfortunately Edison considered everything from an uncontrollable wobble to an evenly-produced vibrato to constitute a "tremolo." Edison also disliked operatic singers who recorded at full voice. He preferred them to vocalize in a more intimate fashion, or as he put it, "a rehearsal level of volume."
