   <description>&lt;br>The Music of Ed Reavy&lt;br>&lt;br>On the Wild Rover this week Aidan McMahon looks at the legacy of wonderful music composed by Ed Reavy (1898 -1988).&lt;br>Born in Barnagrove in County Cavan, Ireland he emigrated to Philadelphia in 1912 with his family and settled there, working as a master plumber for most of his life.&lt;br>Many of his compositions have already passed into the Irish musical tradition, making him a household name in traditional music circles with tunes such as Maudabawn Chapel, The Hunter's House, The Wild Swans At Coole and Love At The Endings.</description>
